The breakfast was good, with a wonderful variety of fresh pastries and meats, a great way to start the day.
The shower setup in our room was awkward, with a kidney bean-shaped tub, made it difficult to shower comfortably without splashing water everywhere.

We ate at a magnificent restaurant for dinner-good food and service. Had good facilities, such as a kettle, a mini refrigerator, and a hair dryer.

Everything was great during 3 days, truly enjoyed its magnificent location close enough to vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal. The staff was pleasant and accommodating and the proprietor too. The room was decent sized and compact with the bedroom, romantic decoration plus balcony, could leave my car outside. The service was marvellous, including a fast check-in.

Here's what works, and what doesn't
Gracious and friendly staff enhance your stay, while the beautiful historical decor and modern bathrooms were nice. I loved breakfast in the garden!
Some minor inconveniences arose from the nearby museum's visitors causing occasional noise, but generally, it didn't detract from the experience.

The room was small but very nice and confortable (bed was vey good, nice balcony, very quiet, tea in the room). Goog breakfast and nice place to take it. Personal very kind. Also enjoy the place very close to nice and interesting places. I would stay again.

It was convenient and close to all the canals in Venice. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Value for money.
No complaints. It was cosy.

Loved our stay in this charming hotel! Super friendly staff and the breakfast is a treat with pastries and beautiful garden views. Perfectly located near the Academia water bus Just a bit of a chilly draft from the window, but nothing too crazy.

Location
Small rooms, uncomfortable beds (hard), mosquitoes in room, lots of things needed attention. Burned out bulbs, electric socket not working, fridge not operating at check-in. Seems we had to bug the staff for items needed.

Good friendly staff, comfortable quiet room, great location, very nice continental breakfast, rooftop sitting area, garden out back

missingWrote a review on 21 Octwindow draftsmall shower
The service was so lacking, the shower was practically a creative mistake, and the draft from the window could give you hypothermia. I'm surprised nobody offered a complimentary cozy blanket as compensation for my ultimate discomfort. After all, where's the sense of respect for distinguished guests? Almost left a positive review, but just couldn't.

It. Is located between two boat-stops (Zattere and Accademia) in a neighborhood with many restaurants and museums. The breakfast is good and the room air conditioning is easily set to your liking. The desk helped with all our inquiries and they sell stamps to. We would go back.
